An Apology from Handmadeology

As you know, I try to find the best products and services for Etsy sellers to help them run their businesses. A few months ago, I told you about a social media marketing tool for Etsy sellers. This tool was not a product built by Handmadeology but through careful evaluation and research, I decided to give it my stamp of approval. The tool WAS great and saved sellers time and everyone loved it. As you may know, the creator of the tool stopped updating the code, causing the tool to function improperly and unfortunately, he started treating Etsy sellers with disrespect. The creator was not only treating sellers poorly, but at the same time, dragging my name and Handmadeology’s name through the mud. It was also made clear to me today that through my affiliation with the creator of the tool, Handmadeology was losing readers and followers.
So, I want to apologize to any Etsy seller who had signed up for this tool and was either mistreated or has not received their refund.
