I have talked about why Etsy sellers should have their own website along side their Etsy shop. Today I am going to talk a little more in depth about what  Indiemade has to offer Etsy sellers!

Imagine hundreds of pages on your own site optimized for your keywords and phrases. .. that’s the power of Indiemade‘s platform!

Selling handmade digital downloadable products is a great way to make more money and grow your creative business. I have been successfully selling graphics, ebooks, spreadsheets, and other business tools on Etsy for years.  However, getting these digital products to the customer can sometimes be a hassle.  Etsy currently does not allow for direct download of digital products.  The files have to be emailed to the customer or downloaded from a file hosting site, which can cost money.

I have been selling on Etsy since 2007. (my metal shop -  Handmadeolgoy shop) The day I started my shop I had my own domain (my site)but never sold items on it.  It is mainly just a gallery to show off my work then point people to my Etsy shop.   I have been on the search for the perfect platform to start selling my metal work on my own domain, but I have never found the right platform with the right mix of options to supplement my Etsy shop.  A few months ago I received an email from the founders of Indiemade.com letting me know about their site and what they had to offer.
