I try to give the customer my best honest guess as to when I will get their order out, and then I try to stay on top of that order. More often than not, I cannot accurately estimate how long it will take to get to an order, so I just have to give myself enough time to force that order out when I said it would go. I am still a work in progress when it comes to this.

If you feel like you are getting traffic to your shop but not many sales that’s a conversion problem.

You’re at a price point that makes it easier for people to buy and also easier for you to absorb the cost of occasionally using your items for promotional pieces.

I have those days where I feel like all that work is not paying off. It helps me to tell myself that there are people out there who will connect with my work, I just have to find them and get my work in front of them.

I struggle more with communications than any aspect of the Etsy Sale process.
