Demystifying Order Fulfillment
Creating a system for order fulfillment isn’t really all that in depth or time consuming. Just grab a sheet of paper, follow the steps below, and you’ll be flying through your orders in no time. Your customers will be so impressed with your quick ship times, they’ll be raving about how awesome your customer service is!
- Grab a piece of paper and write down everything you do to fill an order from start to finish
- Look over your list. Is there anything that you need to switch around, combine, or separate to make things flow better? If so, do it now.
- Look at your list now. If you have things that you need to have for every order, list what they are and where they’re located if needed so you don’t miss anything.
- Print your worksheet and write your list in the boxes provided. Hang your worksheet where you can see it when you’re filling orders. After using it a while, you won’t even need it any longer. It will be like second-nature to you!
