What are Printer’s Trays?
The first time I came across a 7 Gypsies Altered Printer’s Tray I knew it was something I had to make for myself. I thought it was so clever and eye catching. I couldn’t wait to put my first one together. The trays are made to fit ATCs (Artist Trading Cards) which are miniature works of art about the same size as baseball cards. My first tray was for Halloween and I loved it! This seemed the perfect way to display my passion for working with paper, mixed media and all the fun of creating a little work of art from plain card stock, glue, ink, stamps and glitter.
I figured out a way to hold the cards in the tray with magnets so they would stay in place while the tray is vertical, yet easily be removed to replace with another card. So began my collection of Interchangeable Holiday Art! Becrafty Stamps offers Card Sets for holidays and special occasions and 7 Gypsies Printer’s Trays to display them in. Buy one tray and change out the cards as you please.
I’m also a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator. I love sharing skills I’ve learned with people and Stampin’ Up! makes it so easy. You can find out more on my Becraftystamps.com blog. You’ll find tutorials, inspiration and a link to stamping supplies.
